How to Order

Placing Orders

Customers wishing to purchase a standard item can do so on this website via paypal only or visit our etsy store via links at the bottom of the page. Alternatively you can contact me via email visionlessdesigns@gmail.com or send a text or call me on 07774 924 750.

For custom orders you’ll have to contact me directly. All custom orders will require a 20% deposit and will require more time to fulfill the order.

Payment options

PayPal is the only means of payment accepted for website purchases. If you are collecting an order directly then cash is also accepted, BACS payments are also an option if contacting me directly to order or collecting in person from our workshop. We do not accept cheques or crypto. As the business becomes more established we will also accept card payments from those collecting.

Deliveries and Collection

Orders can be collected direct from my workshop as long as this has been agreed beforehand. Items will be dispatched within a fortnight provided they are in stock. Items will only be delivered to mainland UK. Small items will be shipped in plastic free packaging where possible. Large items like dining tables or large quantities of items will be delivered personally or on a pallet (extra delivery charges may occur).

Returns

Items damaged upon delivery must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order, these will be refunded within 14 days of the item being returned. Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Custom orders are non-refundable. Items collected in person are also non-refundable.
